Leaving Discord.
I have posted last blog about my disdain towards Discord and Reddit, being that they mostly are used for kids that love memes while at the same time causing harm and problems for anyone else who tries to use such things for legitimate reasons. Simply put, both are just glorified message boards and chatrooms, each which share the same level of negative, toxic instances and with such toxic individuals using it will never amount to anything else other than being a breeding ground for bullies to hurt others.
Case in point, after having to create a new account just so I may had use that Discord thing again to promote my youtube channel among other things rather than acting like a kid with a meme fetish, it would act up demanding to have my phone number to unlock my account with no other explanation, as shown on that screenshot on this blog. I had tried several times to unlock my account with said phone number, each time having it to go back to that same damn screen still asking for a phone number until it would give me this nonsense of "being limited."
I gave up on that account. I had suspected that there was more going on than just being a glitch so I created a new account to continue my activities using that thing as usual without bothering to join certain servers which I had problems before, just like that "justin whang fans" one. I would use this account to continue promoting my work while I would write to DISCORD support about what was going on my last account. The only thing I kept receiving from those people was that they just couldn't stop asking anyone to use their phone number if the site demanded it but nothing else. I kept stating that their site would refuse to let me in regardless, and that my account may had been hacked so I asked them to look that for me. Again, the same nonsense about using your phone number but nothing about looking into my problem otherwise. After seeing that I would not get any help from them I decided to cut my losses and use my new account every now and then since I hoped I was not going to have to deal with anyone else.
Well the next thing I know the same crap happens to my new account and again it refuses to let me log on even when providing a phone number. Now I know this is more than a coincidence and that pretty much someone has messed with my new account as they had before. I am pretty sure these toxic individuals from that particular server are behind it, as well as that other buddy of theirs who has been a thorn on my side for years who decided to join up in hacking accounts as of late.
And you know what? I don't care. Discord is named as such for a reason. This place is just a chatroom and I know how those things yet when you make the mistake on using them. The fact that this thing is so feeble to the point of trolls hacking into other member's accounts and support not caring about such unruly activities just makes me realize I have no damn reason to waste my time on ever using it again nor coming back with a new account evermore.
They can keep their cesspool of toxicity. I really am not desperate on using it nor going through all the trouble of having to make a new account in hopes these bullies would get tired and actually go on getting a life. Ever since I started using that thing it has giving me nothing but headaches anyway, and has also made me realize just how awful people can be, especially when going to servers based on websites that you were once a fan of and would visit regularly. Discord manages to skew your views on such places when you try to interact with the people that use it. Forget it.
My current life's difficulties go over any of these petty annoyances online. I am trying to keep my home while hoping and getting a job to pay for the rent at least, all while I am fighting my work injury disabilities which at times make me want to scream in agony when the pain is too much. This along many other difficulties I am dealing with currently which makes me not bother with such assholes who think its funny to ruin someone's life online. I hope they are happy. I hope they one day don't have to face with the same difficulties I am facing, because if they go harassing me about petty crap online getting this upset about it, it makes me wonder what they would ever do if they face the same hardships me and others who don't have the luxury of doing such things. Most likely they would just jump off the cliff.
So keep your discords, your reddits. I was able to get along without ever finding about such things before just fine and have no reason to care about never being able to use them again.
You didn't win anything by accomplishing this either. The only thing you had earned is less respect from me and anyone else, with the fact that there is no reason why anyone would give a damn about you crying over arguments over the internet when you pull all this crap on people who try to live their lives.
I pity you.

Pretty upset at that site "honestgamers"
Talking back about those turds who attacked me on this site it brings back my disdain at the owner of the place for not taking action about the whole manner. The fact he just shrugged and walked away from it tells me a lot on how this place deals with bullying overall.
To quote its forums' statement:
"The forums are moderated, but please remember that you may still be exposed to content that you find objectionable. Because the site is geared primarily toward gamers 16 years and older, some potentially offensive content may not be removed, even if it is brought to the attention of staff members or moderators. Thank you for your attention."
Well that is certainly such a great way to let you know that even when someone is being a turd in said place chances are the people running will just go on their business. I am so glad to know that this is no different than any other message board I ever bothered to join years ago.
But I digress. The fact that these assholes went through all the trouble in creating fake accounts just to show up and call me a "child molester" among other things (refer to my JUSTIN WHANG for details) and having it just be dismissed as no big deal really shocks me to the core, it makes me very upset that such things are indeed just left alone while you are being harassed this way. Also with said owner of the site telling me on "not baiting" these curs was pretty damn uncalled for. Who was baiting anyone? All I ever did there was telling on how these assholes went on attacking me and even HACKING some of the accounts I have online. What the hell did he ever meant by that?
I can't think of a way to take the guy running this place seriously or even confide on him about such things at this point. I can only voice my disdain at such acts of neglectfulness outside of said site for the fact that I already tried talking to him about his poor choice of handling such things and so far never bothered to come back with any sort of decisive reply about the matter. For now the only thing I am doing is trying to get past it and use that site as I always had done ever since I joined and nothing else.
I really can't socialize with individuals who refuse to see bullying as a serious manner overall.

The time when an NES rental store opened in my hood
Once upon a time in the early 90s a new privately owned business arrived into my old neighborhood in Mexico. A man leased the diminutive one-bedroom office with a second floor that was placed exactly at a corner of a street. This was a very odd building to say the least, but that did not deter me from the fact that the new little shop was videogame related. The man himself would rent out NES cartridges and NES systems, along with allowing customers to play inside said store for a flat fee for every other time allotted. You could play any NES game he had for 10 minutes which was measured by a huge timer he had besides the CRT monitor and the NES, on which the game would just turn off automatically. If you wanted to keep playing you would pay him for another 10 minutes before the timer would stop.
The man himself seemed to be in his late 20s/early 30s, with a mustache that would have rivaled Mario. He was a kind man too, liked having kids hanging out at his place and would even allow me to play some games for a few minutes free whenever I visited. His leased office (if it could be called that) was plastered in NES related posters from top to bottom. The most vibrant recollection I have was of the Final Fantasy poster which detailed some monsters you would encounter in the game. I rented out an NES system and a game a couple times, the first time with Super C and later with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I had a blast playing at home during said times as I never owned an NES system during that time, and any other kid would boast on having theirs.
The owner would also allow me to take over while he would step outside. I would have to take charge of the renal Nintendo in-store whenever someone would show up. I was never hired either, just would ask me to keep a lookout if he had to go briefly. Some other times we both would step outside to visit any other local arcade place I was familiar with just so he could check out what games they would have inside. I can say that we became pretty much gaming buddies despite our age gap.
Some kids would show up and play NES games inside the store as I had stated, showing off their skills at games they were familiar with. One of them kept spending more money to have more time to play with a game, which the store owner would joke that he was spending enough to actually rent out an NES system to take home. There was a time when a person came by and asked if he could buy an NES game from him. I peeked curiously at what he had wrapped in a towel with high interest, as it was just the inside of a cartridge with a sticker labeled CASTLEVANIA II. The rental shop owner declined explaining he could not do much with a cartridge without its exterior. That would be the very first time on which I could see what game cartridges looked from the inside.
I never had a dull moment visiting this rental place to be honest, enjoyed it every day I would show up besides going out to the arcade in some days. One day however I visited the place as usual only to find out that it was closed, and seemingly, he was no longer around. I would knock on the metallic door which was coated black without any response given. I heard that he simply closed and moved out without ever giving out any other notice or explanation. It was a sad moment to know this being that we really did not had such places around here of its type.
If there is anything I ever regret about this life experience is that at some point I made a crude comic strip drawing of him and his store. Each panel would be him growing old as spider webs made themselves apparent. It made it seem as if he would spend days at this place without customers showing up, something which he laughed about it and said that maybe I should had include myself in said drawing being that I would stay all the way till close whenever I visited. I never meant to made fun of him like that, I was a dumb kid and was joking around but after seeing that he was gone it did made me feel saddened because in a way, I felt responsible for him leaving overall.
One thing I could think of as well is the fact that the Super Nintendo was already about and being that he did not had any games or systems of the type to rent out it may had dampened his business to a point. Maybe I am just speculating but this could have been a possibility. Another would be that he was just not making enough to stay and lease the place. After all, our hood was pretty darn poor and not many would have much money to enjoy in such luxuries.
I do cherish the time he was around bringing joy to kids in renting out NES games, systems, and allowing them to play inside for a small fee. I would always have hoped that something like this would grace our poor neighborhood anew, but unfortunately this never came to pass before I came back to the US. I do wish him the best on his own gaming business if he hasn't given up on such.

Finished Secret of Mana
Before that update from that snes emulator took place on which it pretty much left any single game save file and snapshot useless, I was on the brink of finishing a couple RPGs from the SNES library, one of them being the classic Secret of Mana, adored by many even above installments before and after it.
I was pretty much lucky in the fact that after having to start a whole new game I then persevered till I was able to defeat it a few minutes before posting this blog.
So on Wednesday, May 20th at 12:05 AM I confronted the dire Mana Beast and found out that while it may seem easy to deal with the last boss in SoM by having your Mana Sword at the ready, doing it is an entire different matter altogether. The Mana Beast was relentless and would at times stop me from slashing at it when powering up the sword all the way to the 8th level for maximum damage. Randy's pals were obliterated near the end, leaving me without a Mana charged sword so I decided to attack the beast without such magic and fond out a single strike from a magicless sword was all that was left to finish it off. Like I said, lucky.
It was curious too being that according to what I had heard over the years you could only attack this monster after having both magic users charge up the sword, but I am not complaining. At least was able to finish yet another RPG and scratch it off my lifelong bucket list, knowing that I had conquered this game overall.
I was also pretty happy that I could go through the dreaded Mana Fortress without much of a problem, being that I had dealt with its lesser bosses and exited so I could save as much magic as I could once I reached Thanatos and defeat him as well. You may not believe it, but I had an easier time with the Dark Lich than the Mana Beast overall.
In any case, I am one happy gamer in finishing a game from my childhood, and am heading to finish the next one without letting up.

"justin whang" fans are just bullies and I speak against such.
Kids from said server tryin' to act tuff
I once joined some discord server whose owner named "justin whang," which seems like a nickname he made up considering the nature of his youtube channel, posting content about unruly sites like *4chan*, but I digress. I stopped caring much about his content once I found out the type of people it panders the most to, which reflects on the type of people who would visit 4chan for a laugh at the expense of others for instance and did not bother with him for the most part. I would only be in that awful discord of his to use their "self promo" channel to post any other gaming video I would upload at my own channel, and had been there for months before anything that I am about to tell occurred.
The discord itself is a cesspool of immature, offensive, badmouthing members who love to make fun of anyone and also insult other members, and I am not the sole one who has reported to discord to what transpires there either, the fact that even "justin whang" has a rule set to "mess with others but making it funny" is a clear notion that this place is not appropriate for anyone but bullies and bullying. It is also a fact that among many of its channels a DOXXING channel is found within its server, seemingly only accessible to certain members of that place. I also had many confrontations with their immature attitudes which was rubbing me the wrong way, therefore just using that "self promo" channel was the only reason why I ever had stayed there. So what happened at "whangout" you may ask? Well after weeks of not even giving them attention nor trying trouble of any sort other than using that particular channel they would mute me so I could not use said channel. Later on they would try to explain said actions along with finding excuses and justification for their bullying.
Oh yeah, along any other tidbit like calling me a sexual predator of course. That explains everything
The fact it had been hours since I came back and I was indeed muted despite any other thing these individuals would state about it, like letting me know *why* they had done it at *that* time and instead waiting all this time until I talked about it at Honest Gamers with them deciding to say anything as if this would excuse their actions. I had a fallout with said people at that place until I got banned from it, which was fine by me, I simply didn't cared about their shenanigans any further and had tried to be out of their way but seemingly this wasn't enough for them to go and instigate me like this any further. The above comments clearly a sign of these kids getting desperate to let anyone know that I am "lying" about anything. They would go on saying they are "hurt" about my own actions at their server but then again would just go on harassing me online and of course, HACKING my accounts. Yeah, coming back with fake accounts to "confirm" what they said, including denouncing me as a "pedophile" and claiming I am the one using "sockpuppet accounts" to harass them instead. Dunno about you, but that sure sounds like projecting. It is a sure thing that they got some things right however, the fact that they were "into me" and stalking me using any other account they had online.
So why would these idiots go through all the trouble in making fake accounts to go and lie out their ass commenting on my post in said site? My guess is that they were so afraid that anyone on that place would go and try to seek them out, being that I was exposing their bullying in the open and this here is not just any other site where you can rant about such things. I can imagine them with their sweaty fat hands typing frantically on their sticky keyboards wanting so badly to make themselves the victims of anything.
Exhibit A
Exhibit B
The youtube screenshot of the comment they used was the last thing they ever bothered to comment at my channel before being hacked into social media accounts and any other site I had an account on, which includes and are not limited to: Mastodon Social, Instagram, Reddit, MyAnimeList, Letterboxd, and Pixiv. My Reddit account was indefinitely suspended after being hacked and charged with a post that went against their guidelines, all the while most of the other accounts save for Instagram were now gone. I had to restart over in said places even though I did not cared to come back to reddit since I seldom ever used it anyway.
Exhibit C
Exhibit D
They would go on stating they had no play in hacking anything but as you can see from the screenshots above this is not the case. Also, being that they state they had googled around to find several "doxs" of me just by using my account name is quite silly, being that there is no such thing if you go on goggling "cptretroblue," which yields these results:
Look at all those doxxes. Good grief.
The truth of the matter on how they found out private and personal info about me, as well as baseless accusations on child molesting and the like all come from one source, said source being a certain rat-faced, my little pony plush toy horse fuckin' brony named FRANCISCO J. OJEDA-
The BRONY loser in question who just can't quit me.
This shitstain has made it his mission to continue harassing after he was booted off twitter when he pretty much was doing the same thing as here, sans the hacking bit. No doubt being he just can't stop stalking me (since 2013 in fact) FRANCISCO J. OJEDA would go on seeking anyone or anything I would had an argument with and gladly distribute any info he gathered from his brony/furry bully buddies and go on to continue harassing me. No doubt he found out about me and these assholes and could not help himself in adding anything they could use against me, such as private info and those stupid accusations on which there is no basis on proving about them being true. Like I said, they would help this ratface nobody after he fed them anything they wanted to know about me, then help him by hacking into my accounts so he could go on and do the damage himself.
Ratface himself would go on adding his own little comments at my website's guestbook as well, using fake IP addresses so he and his newfound buddies could be traced. Moreover he goes on telling those turds about me being a degenerate or anything of the sort when there has been countless times he has tried to force people on twitter to have cybersex with him, including asking if said people he harassed masturbate or "clop" as those bronies like to call it.
With all this I often wonder why these kids would ever want to associate with this shithead, guess they also fap it up to My Little Pony porn I guess.
Shortly after their comments left at my Blog in Honest Gamers the site suddenly went "missing," staying that way for the rest of that day. It would come back up the next day and one of my Blogs showing proof about the hacking would get missing after the site was available again. This is not a coincidence but according to the guy owning said site he states it was just a glitch or the site itself "updating" whatever, and that this sort of thing would happen any other time. Well, if you say so.
Another tidbit about them stating justin whang "hates" discord when he even has made videos of himself answering questions to said fans at some point:
All this begs the question of the WHY these cretins would go on defending this person given the fact that it is HIS discord server and that he has made RULES that include messing with others "as long as you make it funny," along with a DOXXING channel which is unavailable to just anyone involved in that toxic server of his. It is HIS discord so there is more than enough reason to believe he has some responsibility for the actions of his fans/members and anyone who attacks others for HIS sake. He made the server. He made those "rules" of his. Yes, he also has part on this. Denying responsibility simply makes him a bully as much as these people. Quite frankly it makes me ill that he indeed would be indifferent about things like these happening when he chooses to ignore it.
So no, I am not lying about what you all had done to me. This is all proof that I am being truthful about it. The fact that you decided on attacking me by hacking into accounts I own immediately revokes any type of justification you could ever have in messing with me from the beginning. Not that using bullying against others to get back at anyone is justified either. You already messed with me by tossing insults at various places you found out I use and I would had believed that would make us even about the matter, but seems you just could not help yourselves in wanting to show the world how much of a bully you are in the long run, and the fact that you are well, WRONG about the entire thing. What you did is criminal. I will not be silenced about bullying. I am not intimidated. Voicing against bullying its not wrong. You already got away with much but I will not stoop to your level "to get back at you." You believe you are right on doing this and claim justification? Not by a mile.
You are bullies. Plain and simple. You go on complaining that your friend got hurt after I said some mean things to him, which I admit I should not had to do in any case, but then again YOU mess with members at that discord server of yours, provoking others to react anyway and laughing about it, and then you go on insulting my family, attacking me anywhere you find me online, and even helping that brony shitstain hack accounts of mine. You got no damn excuse about all you did. No matter how much you think you are justified in doing so. You are nothing to me. I have no reason to feel any sympathy for you. The moment you went this far anything that you claim about me simply does not even come close to what you have gotten away with. Quite simply, I am so glad that this bothered you so much that you would resort to such underhanded methods to get back at me. This proves you are nothing but hypocritical snowflakes who couldn't possibly make it in the real world if something as silly as this bothers you this much to the point of making you so damn laughable. Go fuck yourselves.
As for you FRANCISCO J. OJEDA, I tire of your obsession in trying so hard to ruin my life. I know you don't have much of a life to the point that you keep being glued to your tiny phone stalking me as you done for many years now, and I will be frank. You are getting old. You need to get a life. One day your parents will kick your sorry lazy ass out into the real world and committing crimes online will not help you when you have to fend for yourself. Instead of cuddling My Little Pony toys in your stained bed and harassing people online, you should either grow up or get yourself a room in the funny farm before you grow older and decrepit, too old to the point your parents will refuse to feed you in your over sized mouth. No sane person goes on about being a creepy stalker. I will say this much kid. I know its you who contacted these other kids. You continue with this nonsense I guarantee the authorities will get involved. Quit while you are ahead.

Console ports better than the Arcade
As much as I love Arcade games, I cannot help but to feel like their console versions never truly gave me that feeling that would not only be comparable from its original version, but also surpass it in some way. Well here are some of my picks on which I feel such had been established and was happy to experience in my lifetime, while also acknowledging that they pretty much are better than the Arcade originals as well.
STRIDER- SEGA GENESIS:
Strider, the futuristic ninja who slashes anything on his way made his appearance way back in the 80s on his own Arcade game. Most of you reading this would know him as Strider Hiryu thanks to Marvel VS Capcom and beyond. Strider is one of the few Capcom characters who has been revitalized and revamped to continue their gaming quest to kick ass, but it was on the SEGA Genesis where he would be remembered mostly for the fact that this game is just fantastic.
The Genesis port wasn't just an adaptation from the Arcade, it actually improved upon it by adding more BGM tracks that the Arcade original lacked. The fact that it mostly replicated the Arcade original was more than enough for fans to enjoy the game through and through. This version also added its own ending making the game feel more complete, even if it lacked voice over dialogue between stages. But that would have been nitpicking otherwise.
KARNOV- NES:
The Arcade game is quirky, and has a greedy Karnov going through the trouble of wanting to become rich while battling monsters. The NES port improves over the Arcade original by a tenfold, including a revamped story involving the Russian fire breathing strongman and also a more forgiving gameplay, including a two hit system over a one hit, one kill of the Arcade. In the Japanese port Karnov even gets several different endings depending on how you beat the game. All in all, the NES version is the most fun to play period.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV- SNES:
The SNES port of Konami's famous 4-player Turtles in Time includes changes in gameplay such as finishers to dispose of impeding Foot Soldiers and new stages added for maximum enjoyment. Although only two players can enjoy the adventure in contrast, it is pretty faithful to its Arcade counterpart and the extras on it surpasses it. The SNES port also features bosses like The Rat King, Slash, and Bebop & Rocksteady who were as much fun to beat along with the rest.
TEKKEN 3- PlayStation:
Not only it feels like a perfect copy of Namco's Arcade hit, it also features other nifty play modes such as the fabled Tekken Force, a Final Fight like beat'em up where you can dispose of a bunch of goons with bird names and face a character from the fighting roster as the boss at the end of each stage. It also features hidden characters like Gon who were not featured in the Arcade and other cute game modes like beach ball challenges. The fact that every character features their own ending was already a staple on the home conversions in the PSX, but on Tekken 3 you would also be able to replay endings from its first two prequels by having save files from said games on the same card. Pretty neat.
SOUL CALIBUR- SEGA Dreamcast:
Soul Calibur on the SEGA Dreamcast blows the Arcade game out of the water in several ways. Not only the gameplay is smooth and precise, it is revamped quite nicely on the Dreamcast port, making it quite a feast for the eyes. The port also featured Cervantes, who was the last boss before facing Soul Edge on its prequel, and also several modes such as an art gallery featuring fanart from gamers around the globe and full profiles and backstory on each character within the game. SC for Dreamcast is simply a marvel which every avid fan of the series should own.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure- PlayStation-
While the SEGA Dreamcast features Arcade perfect visuals and gameplay, the PSX port exceeds it in terms of gameplay and play modes. The port would feature "Super Story Mode" where you could experience the game featuring fighting matches, mini-games, and RPG elements to level up your character. You would not appreciate the awful loading times, but it is quite enjoyable with this original mode.
Street Fighter Alpha 3- SEGA Dreamcast:
Not only its Arcade perfection, this port also features other modes to keep your fighting skills fresh such as the World Tour mode where you can level up your character with skills earned along your journey and adding said character into the huge roster of fighters, some which are included from previous SF games like Dee Jay and Fei Long. The gang's all here in this home port, including the souped up M. Bison you face at the end via cheat code and get to use his devastating ultra psycho crusher.
X-Men vs. Street Fighter- PlayStation:
Ha, ha, I kid.
And this is my list. I am sure there are other games out there that surpass their Arcade versions but these here are the ones that had left me with the most impressionable experiences of the lot.
STRIDER- SEGA GENESIS:

Karnov: The story you never knew.
You may had heard of Karnov from his NES game back in the day and the first time you ever seen him anywhere else. He would also appear on another NES title called Bad Dudes as an enemy boss this time, leaving you scratching your head as to how he just decided to turn sides from one game to the next or quite possibly being an impostor. Then he would be heard of once more in Karnov's Revenge, a fighting game on which he was not only the last character you would face off but also a bad guy as well. After his heroic adventure on NES you would ponder just why he would turn out to be a bad guy anywhere else. Surely something must have happen between one game and the other, having him change his mind on being on the righteous side of things. Well...
He never was a good guy to begin with.
After Karnov had his fill of riches he then was assigned to become one of Dragoninja's boss henchmen, on which Bad Dudes would encounter him at the very first stage fighting him off in order to continue their journey. Karnov would also make cameo appearances on games like Sly Spy in the background as well as in weird titles like Trio the Punch where he once again would be a boss character.
Karnov would not have a proper game of his own after his Arcade debut until Fighter's History appeared in the mid-90s as a last boss character and once again a bad guy. Its sequel named Fighter's History Dynamite would establish him as a playable character but nonetheless as the last boss fighter you would face once more. In the states this game would be re-branded as Karnov's Revenge and it would bring out the ire on Capcom for being a bit too similar to their Street Fighter II game and it even landed into a lawsuit against Data East. This game would be the last anyone ever heard about the Russian strongman and he would go down in history on being remembered as a hero and a villain to gamers, depending on which game you would recall him from the most.
